Claire Cropp

Claire is one of the gems in the Odyssey team. Claires focus is onboarding and training Odyssey users to be confident and competent in using Odyssey so each business maximises its gains. 

Claire has a diverse background in software, working alongside Tanya at Macpac and supporting the IT system there. Claire has had her own business so understands the day to day needs of business owners, their product, and delivering great customer experiences. Claire has developed the online manual and Learning Management System for Odyssey and is the key contact for support emails.
